Ultimately, we will prepare our pupils through the robust and rigorous platforms of the IGCSE and IBDP programmes, to access the highest grades and entry to leading global universities (including top institutions in the US and the UK). **Main Task and Responsibilities**: - Supervise and manage all MEP related activities for new and existing projects - Review project design drawings, technical specifications, and ensure quality execution on site. - Monitor progress, cost, and resource deployment; report deviations or delays. - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams for smooth MEP execution. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and construction standards. - Coordinate and integrate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) with civil and architectural works. - Review MEP shop drawings and ensure proper routing and installation without clashes. - Conduct site inspections to ensure proper MEP implementation according to design. - Liaise with MEP subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely delivery of services. - Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. **Person Specification**: Essential Experience / Qualifications Required - Minimum 4-5 years’ exp in MEP works **Skills and Personal Qualities**: - Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in construction projects. - In-depth knowledge of MEP works - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
