**We are currently looking for a Project Engineer with MEP experience, someone who has experience in managing MEP works in new and existing projects.**

**Main Task and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all MEP related activities for new and existing projects
- Review project design drawings, technical specifications, and ensure quality execution on site.
- Monitor progress, cost, and resource deployment; report deviations or delays.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams for smooth MEP execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and construction standards.
- Coordinate and integrate MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) with civil and
architectural works.
- Review MEP shop drawings and ensure proper routing and installation without clashes.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure proper MEP implementation according to design.
- Liaise with MEP subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for timely delivery of services.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

**Person Specification**:
Essential Experience / Qualifications Required
- Minimum 4-5 years’ exp in MEP works

**Skills and Personal Qualities**:

- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years in
construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP works
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
