As a B2B Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate and close sales in the following domains:

- **Solar Energy Solutions**:

- **Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services**:

- **Electrical Design Engineering**:

- **Power System Studies**:

- **EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Services**

You will work with businesses across various sectors, identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. The role requires frequent travel to Gujarat and surrounding states to build and maintain client relationships and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop new business opportunities and manage relationships with key accounts.
- Drive B2B sales in the sectors of Solar Energy, O&M, Electrical Design Engineering, Power Systems, and EPC.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to offer customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the Solar, Electrical Engineering, or Power Systems sector.
- Strong understanding of technical services such as O&M, EPC, Electrical Design Engineering, and Power System Studies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat and nearby states.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
