**Responsibilities**:

- Building sales for Golf Cart Batteries to various customers both OEM and Dealers.
- Promoting company’s products in the designated territory.
- Approaching OEM Customers, and generating regular monthly orders from them
- Indentifying the right dealers who trade or deal in Golf Cart Batteries.
- Attending to the customer’s complaints and getting it resolved from the internal service team within the desired turnaround time
- Regularly visiting customers to build relationships generate orders and gather market intelligence on competitor’s activities.
- Aggressively promote the company's products in the market and create a positive image of the company's brand and its products.
- Proactive approach towards translating strategy into specific business initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and identify customer needs.
- Meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and follow up leads for sales.
- Responsible for generating business revenue. Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for the acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.
- Take complete ownership of the business process, business forecast for specific periods and generate the targeted revenues

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or management.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in B2B & B2C Sales, Business development, Negotiation & directly involved in product launches in international and Local markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working experience with sales techniques.
- Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
- Ability to deliver fantastic presentations.
- Street smart to understand customer’s requirements and to ensure closure of orders

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
