Quality Inspector

**Designation: Inspector - QA**

**Role**:
A **Quality Inspector **monitors the quality of incoming, in process and outgoing products or materials in the company. Also tasked with conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and overseeing production processes. Work in assembly lines or production departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspection for RM at Incoming stage. Update and maintain supplier / inspection reports related to respective department
- Informing and initiating necessary action to supplier on quality issues.
- Inward material data monitoring and reporting to Dept Head & Quality Head on daily basis.
- Carry out in process, finished product audits as per IMS. Update and maintain inspection reports related to respective department
- Carry out Snag inspection related to respective department. Update and maintain reports
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Resolve quality related issues in a timely manner with suitable analysis and actions
- Visit suppliers regularly as per plan for FG and system audit to ensure quality.
- Measure and monitor identified CTQs as per plan (Pull test, extrusions )
- Implement Kaizens & contribute to Improvement projects

Pre-requisites:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in quality control is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good math and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Good communication skills
- Team spirit

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.16 per month
