**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound & Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information or support to callers.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding customer needs.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups with interested clients.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

**Sales & Follow-ups**:

- Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services or attend events.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into sales or engagements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

**Location**: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
