We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Education Counsellors. As an Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students as they navigate their academic and career paths. Your expertise will help students make informed decisions, develop essential skills, and achieve their full potential.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum Graduate degree
- 0-1 years of work experience in a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

**Skills Required**:

- Sincerity and a willingness to learn
- Strong confidence level
- Basic counselling abilities
- Soft-spoken and self-motivateu
- Problem-solving and quick-thinking capabilities
- High motivation levels

Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, personal, and career matters

Conduct assessments to gauge students' capabilities, personality traits, and interests

Evaluate students' profiles to identify suitable academic and professional pathways

Assist students in course selection, academic scheduling, and other preparatory activities

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' holistic development

Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and counselling sessions.

Monday to Saturday
