**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute daily procurement tasks and ensure timely processing of purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities using MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies in purchase orders or invoices.
- Monitor and track the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide support in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement and accounts payable operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any procurement or accounts payable issues.
- Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze procurement data and generate insightful reports.
- Support the implementation of new procurement systems or tools as required.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Procure to Pay-Procurement processes.
- Exhibit understanding of Procure to Pay-Ac Payable functions.
- Show excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
- Display strong analytical skills and the ability to generate reports.
- Have effective communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts and work from the office environment.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel
