**Job Summary**:
Satin Neo is looking for a **Specialized Fitter** with expertise in precision mechanical assembly to support our growing operations in retail and furniture sectorThe role demands accuracy, quality control, and a deep understanding of component fitting and alignment to ensure flawless production execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out **precision fitting and assembly** of mechanical components according to SOPs and engineering drawings.
- Interpret complex technical schematics, 2D/3D CAD drawings, and mechanical layouts.
- Assemble mechanical systems used in [e.g., smart manufacturing equipment, diagnostic machines, etc.].
- Perform **alignment, leveling, and balancing** of components with a high degree of accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with the **quality control team** to ensure tight tolerances and compliance.
- Operate advanced machinery and hand tools such as torque wrenches, laser alignment tools, and digital gauges.
- Maintain **documentation and reports** related to assembly records, defects, and continuous improvement.
- Suggest improvements to reduce time and cost without compromising quality.
- Follow ISO standards and ensure workplace safety in accordance with company protocols.

**Specializations**:

- **Precision Fitting & Tolerancing** - Specialize in micron-level fitting of components for high-end machinery.
- **Cleanroom Assembly** - For roles in sterile or electronics environments.
- **Jig & Fixture Assembly** - Build and maintain customized jigs for repetitive accuracy.
- **Testing & Calibration** - Ability to test the assembled units for mechanical and performance accuracy.
- **Lean Manufacturing Practices** - Work in a Kaizen-driven environment focused on efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitting, or Production Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a precision-focused manufacturing setup.
- Strong experience with technical drawings, GD&T, and mechanical assembly standards.
- Familiarity with **ERP systems** and **digital assembly checklists**.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
