Should be aware of the changes in the syllabi of competitive exams like NEET, AIIMS, JEE (Main & Advanced) and other Engineering Entrance Tests
- Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearance, general counselling and progress feedback. Monitoring class schedules and conducting Test Papers, Assignments and study material distribution and allocation etc.
- Understanding the curriculum and developing schedules, lesson plans, and teaching methods that will help students cover the required content.
- Preparing and delivering lessons that are stimulating and clear.
- Handling various administration functions, which include updating student records and keeping track of lab supplies, tools, and equipments.
- Ensuring a safe, healthy classroom environment where learning can take place.

**Education Qualification & Skills Required**
- B.E/ B.Tech or Post Graduate in Chemistry from Reputed Institute.
- Knowledge of teaching styles recommended.
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong multitasking skills
- Work Experience: 6 Months
- Maintaining cohesive, non-political transparent and cordial atmosphere with all the staff of the organisation
- Participating and contributing to all the events and initiatives organised by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Currently classes are conducted in offline mode as lockdown is over
