**Job Description: Pre-School Academic Counselor**

**Location**: Gurugram
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (required)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel and guide parents and students about the pre-school's educational programs and curriculum
- Understand the needs and expectations of parents regarding their child's early education
- Provide insights and support to parents in making informed decisions about their child's education
- Help in developing customized learning plans and address concerns regarding student development
- Assist with the enrollment process and provide relevant information regarding admission criteria
- Organize and conduct informational sessions for parents and prospective students
- Work closely with the teaching staff to ensure smooth communication between parents and educators
- Maintain records of student progress, feedback from parents, and academic counseling sessions
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall educational experience for students
- Provide continuous support to students and parents, offering advice and resources when necessary

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in academic counseling or a similar role, preferably in early childhood education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with parents, students, and colleagues
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to provide solutions and guidance based on individual student needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children and their families
