Global Valuer, Valuation Advisory

**What this job involves**:
Duties & responsibilities
Preparation of investment valuations
Drafting and preparation of valuation reports
Collect and verify information pertaining to the valuation project with minimum supervision
Data analysis
Work with the Cashflow modelling team
Communicate and work with in-country Valuers
Performing variety of ad-hoc tasks
Provide support to the team
Continual studying to increase knowledge of valuation techniques and a greater understanding of the Global markets

Performance objectives
To work with the broader Global Portfolio Team on the execution of JLL’s Tier One clients’ portfolio valuation requirements. Assist senior members of the team as delegated.
Key skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
Confident user of Word and Excel
Able to pick up and learn JLL internal systems and processes
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders and team members
Team orientated

Employee specification
Member of ANEVAR; RICS or Tegova is a plus but optional
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position - preferred
Minimum of a bachelor´s degree
Fluency in written and spoken English required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
