Job Details:
Gainsight PX and PLG Intern We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to help analyze data from our customer platforms like Gainsight, Marketo, and Salesforce to support our PLG initiatives. This role will work closely with our Product and Marketing teams.
- Responsibilities:

- Learn fundamentals of PLG, customer success metrics, and data analysis methods
- Assist in tracking basic metrics across the customer lifecycle under guidance
- Help monitor cohort trends and behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support creation of basic dashboards and reports to monitor key customer segments
- Drive limited ad-hoc analysis and research to help solve simple challenges
- Stay up-to-date with PLG and customer success best practices to develop expertise
- Requirements:

- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, with interests in product management and user experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and an interest in learning data visualization tools like PowerBI
- Strong communication skills to understand guidance and explain ideas
- Growth mindset with a desire to develop data analysis and PLG skills
- Curiosity to learn the fundamentals of SaaS business models and metrics
