**Job Title: Civil Laborer**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of construction sites, including setting up equipment, clearing debris, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, lifting and carrying materials, and operating basic hand tools.
- Support skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, and electricians, by providing assistance as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools as required, under the guidance of a supervisor.
- Assist in the installation of construction materials, including concrete, steel, and piping.
- Participate in site cleanup and ensure that all equipment and materials are stored properly at the end of each shift.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a laborer in construction or civil engineering is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and read basic blueprints or diagrams.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to [X] pounds).
- Capability to work in physically strenuous conditions, including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Ability to operate and maneuver equipment and tools safely.
