Key Responsibilities:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Create a variety of visual content including but not limited to logos, brochures, advertisements, infographics, social media graphics, and web design elements.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually compelling materials that support campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished final products, including promotional videos, social media clips, advertisements, and instructional videos.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
- Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to brainstorm and develop visual content ideas.
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving visual content and overall design quality.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing work.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects).
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Experience with photography and photo editing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
