We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented chemist to join our team at our Khushkhera Plant. As a chemist, you will be responsible for conducting various chemical analyses to ensure the quality and integrity of our alloy powder production processes. Your work will be crucial in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing production efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine chemical analyses of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products using standard laboratory techniques.
- Monitor and maintain chemical inventories and laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functioning.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot any chemical-related issues and propose solutions to optimize processes.
- Conduct research and development projects to improve product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Interpret analytical data and prepare detailed reports documenting test results, trends, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to steel production chemistry.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working in the laboratory and production areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or related field.
- Proven experience in chemical analysis techniques such as titrations, spectrophotometry (Spectro analysis), XRF analysis, ICP analysis, chromatography, and wet chemistry methods.
- Familiarity with steel and welding electrode grades and raw materials and metallurgical principles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Prior experience working in an industrial setting, particularly in the welding electrodes, ferro alloys or steel manufacturing industry, is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations applicable to chemical laboratories and industrial environments.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
