Position: MIS Executive (Experienced from Cosmetic Industry Preferred)

No. of Positions: 01

Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Qualification: Graduation in any segment.

Prior Work Experience Needed: 3 - 4 Years in MIS field.

Maximum Age Targeted: Under 35 Years

Working Days / Timings: Monday to Friday (9.30 AM - 6.00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:
1) He should be able to analyze, compile data and prepare MIS reports for the daily / weekly / monthly basis for Stock & Sales Reports, etc.

2) He will be coordinating with the field / sales team for preparing monthly reports.

3) He will be responsible for checking field staff's expenses / claims, etc.

4) He will be providing support to sales team regarding stock requirement, billing details or any other issues, etc.

5) He will be preparing BA & Non BA Offtake Reports.

6) He will be responsible for preparing field staff / marketing staff's salary working details.

7) He will be preparing Credit Notes / Debit Notes.

8) He will be preparing / checking Display Claims received details.

9) He will be responsible for performing all other MIS tasks as and when being assigned by his immediate seniors / directors.

**Salary**: ₹18,357.00 - ₹35,529.00 per month
