**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound & Inbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about the clinic's services and offers.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries about treatments, appointments, and other services.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations, treatments, or follow-ups with doctors.
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments and follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide detailed information about the clinic’s services, including skin, hair, and dental treatments.
- Assist clients in understanding pre
- and post-treatment care instructions.
- **Sales & Promotion**:

- Promote the clinic's latest offers, packages, and promotional events to increase customer interest.
- Cross-sell or upsell treatments or packages to potential and existing clients.
- **CRM & Record Management**:

- Accurately input customer details and maintain updated records in the clinic's CRM system.
- Track client feedback and follow up on customer satisfaction to improve service quality.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the clinic’s medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the management about common customer issues for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of skin, hair, or dental treatments would be an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in Basic Social Media management and basic computer skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 0-1 years in a similar role preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
