**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce backend, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize backend processes and workflows.
3. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and manage SKU data.
4. Implement and maintain best practices for order fulfilment, shipping, and returns.
5. Work closely with customer support to address backend-related inquiries and issues.
6. Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators related to backend operations.

**Preferred Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in e-commerce backend operations.
2. Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
