We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operating Associate to join our team. We TC enterprises now expanding in electronics pharmacy and health care sector, as an Operating Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Coordinate and execute day-to-day operational tasks.

Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars.

Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Assist in project coordination and follow-ups.

Ensure efficient workflow and identify areas for improvement.

Handle general administrative duties as needed.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualification

12th, Diploma or ongoing graduation in relevant field.(Freshers can apply)

Any graduate degree(BBA, BCA, Bcs, Bcom, Bsc, Bpharm or engineer) applicable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹11,350.00 - ₹22,670.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
