Primary Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the primary wing (Pre-Primary to Class V).

Provide instructional leadership and support to primary teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.
- Develop and implement curriculum enhancements and extracurricular activities that align with the school's vision and promote holistic development.
- Monitor student progress, analyze assessment data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing their concerns and fostering strong home-school partnerships.
- Manage primary wing staff, including performance evaluations and professional development.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for all students.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Organize and supervise school events and functions related to the primary wing.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred;
- Proven experience in primary school teaching and administration.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in drafting various types of communication, including formal and informal letters.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in primary education.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- A passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Ramnagar, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
