Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage the production activities for the corrugation division/section.
- Allocate work and resources efficiently to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage and maintain production records and reports as required.
- Ensure the availability of manpower, material, tools, and other resources necessary for carrying out production as per plan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the corrugation process.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, design, and logistics, to ensure smooth functioning of the production process.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Offset Printing Packaging industry, with a focus on corrugation production.
- Good understanding of corrugation processes, including pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
- Ability to plan and manage production activities, allocate resources, and monitor performance.
- Proficiency in managing production records and reports.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the corrugation process.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
