**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with details about our services.
- Handle incoming queries from clients and resolve their concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the database.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and meet targets.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good organizational skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow.
