**Position Description**:
Flowserve is seeking the best and the brightest to join its team of IT Analysts. In this position as a Power BI developer, you will be in charge of developing and updating BI reports as well as communicating actionable insights to improve corporate decision-making. You should be able to manage data, evaluate its results, and display them strategically by using visualization tools, DAX queries, charts, and relationships.

**Overall responsibilities include**:

- Support data process leads with data acquisition, normalization and publishing activities Provide data reporting services to the enterprise
- Formulate automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools
- Design data models that transform raw data into insightful knowledge by understanding business requirements in the context of BI. Prepare charts and data documentation that includes descriptions of the techniques, parameters, models, and relationships.
- Developing Power BI desktop to create dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports
- Design and map data models to transform raw data into insightful information
- Create dynamic and eye-catching dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Extract required data from ERP or other IT systems
- Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data
- Provide high quality data reporting services
- Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization activities
- Support data process leads in KPI maturity roadmaps
- Exclusively work with standardized design format files and mapping templates
- Support the setup of a ticket system to take in and manage data processing service requests
- Complete data processing service requests within target lead-times

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline with an information technology focus
- 4+ years of experience working in Power BI and reporting tools
- Should possess high level of affinity with ERP and other IT systems (Oracle, SAP, BPC, Power BI, MS Office)
- Skills in SQL DB, Data Engineering & Data Analytics; python programming is added advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data integration issues
- Ability to work independently and as a team when required once requirements are provided and to work efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must have excellent data analytical and interpretation skills
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
- Should be motivate and self-directed
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written).
