Kindergarten Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in line with curriculum guidelines.
- Use storytelling, games, music, art, and play-based methods to engage students.
- Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom.
- Monitoring student behaviour throughout the day, including break hours.
- Prepare teaching materials and keep the classroom clean and organized
- Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
- Facilitating the all-round development of all children, helping them to reach their full potential
- Observe each child to support their social skills and build self-esteem

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing attitude.
- Creative and adaptable teaching methods.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** in both English and Tamil (preferred)
- Enthusiastic and open to learning in a new environment
- Basic computer skills for academic documentation and communication
- Ability to **build rapport with young children** and earn their trust
- Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
