**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ The person will be responsible for the following day to day activities:_**:**_ _**
**_Business License_**_:_**_ _**:

- **_Coordinate with Business License team and Sales Tax team to work on executing Business license including renewal of Business License_**

**_ _**
- **_Coordination with Treasury team to pay for Licenses _**

**_US Property Tax_**_: _**
- **_Tracking and adherence to US Property Tax Returns filing per due date;_**

**_ _**
- **_Track exemptions and exceptions for applicable state; _**
- **_Keeping a close track of new Stores build / Stores closed;_**

**_ _**
- **_Assessment notice reconciliation to PTMS Property Manager_**

**_ _**
- **_Reconciling PPTX accrual account and booking the monthly accrual and adjustment entries_**

**_
- **

**_ US Sales Tax_**_:_**

**_ _**
- **_Understand of Sales Tax Return filing on schedule and ensure timely Payment;_**

**_ _**
- **_Review of Sales Tax Payable using Alteryx. Performing reconciliation and resolving variance is any;_**

**_ _**
- **_Manage vendor queries_**

**_ _**
- **_Maintain all documents related to above_**

**_ _**
- **_Investigate and research open items and follow up/escalate with different teams for resolution of open items_**

**_ _**
- **_Adherence to the internal/external US GAAP/SOX audits_**

**_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

**_ Minimum qualifications_**

**_ _**

**_ _**_- Accounting graduates with relevant experience, CA/CMA preferred._**

**_ _**
- **_Good written and verbal communication skills _**
- **_Working experience with ERPs, specifically Oracle would be preferred_**

**_ _**
- **_Experience in tool e.g. Alteryx, AS400 and PTMS. Vertex, PTMS, Sovos, Bloomberg sites, Middleware for tax rates would be added advantage_**

**_ _**
- **_Prior experience with Retail Clients with same size would be preferred_**

**_ _**
- **_Good Interpersonal skills and ability to manage complex task and communicate well Leadership_**

- **_Good understanding of accounting GAAP (US GAAP preferred) principles and strong analytical skills_**
