**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in monitoring, improving, and maintaining the online reputation of our clients across various platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for growth in the field of digital marketing and reputation management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze online reviews, comments, and feedback related to our company, products, and services.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve online reputation and address negative feedback.
- Collaborate with the ORM team to identify potential risks and opportunities to enhance the brand's image.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ORM to stay updated with the latest techniques.
- Help in creating and maintaining ORM reports, including tracking key metrics and presenting findings to the team.
- Support the ORM team in managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Customer Service to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Stay informed about emerging online platforms and technologies that may impact the company's online reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and online monitoring tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ORM tools and insights is a plus.
