**Key Responsibilities**_**:_
- _Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms._
- _Create compelling and creative content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with our target audience._
- _Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages._
- _Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, optimizing ad performance and targeting to maximize ROI._
- _Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing and shareable content that aligns with brand guidelines._
- _Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to engage with diverse audiences and expand our reach._
- _Leverage LinkedIn for business networking, lead generation, and content distribution to key stakeholders._
- _Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences._
- _Develop and execute viral marketing campaigns that drive organic growth and increase brand visibility._
- _Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement._
- _Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and viral marketing._
- **Qualifications and Experience**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field._
- _Minimum 0.6- 1 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation, community management, and paid advertising._
- _Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization._
- _Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency._
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi._
- _Creative thinker and solution seeker, with a proactive approach to problem-solving._
- _Experience in creating social media content calendars and executing organic growth strategies._
- _Demonstrated expertise in LinkedIn, influencer marketing, and viral marketing._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media analytics to drive strategic decision-making._
- _Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment._

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
