Academic Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and passionate **Academic Counsellor** to join our team at Arena Animation Jamshedpur. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding students towards the right educational paths based on their skills, interests, and career goals. You will assist students in understanding course options, support their academic planning, and provide insights into career opportunities post-completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding academic courses and career prospects.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, programs, and certifications based on their academic background and career aspirations.
- Guide students through the admissions process, including course selection, registration, and financial aid options.
- Maintain strong knowledge of educational programs and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and open house events to present the institution’s offerings.
- Track student progress and provide continuous support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all student inquiries, communications, and follow-ups.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an academic counselor or in a similar student advisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with students’ concerns and provide tailored advice.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with online educational tools, platforms, and course offerings is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and student management systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
