Ot Technician

**Role & responsibilities**
- Prepare the OT before surgeries, ensuring all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are readily available and properly sterilized.
- Assist Doctor/Surgeon during surgical procedures, anticipating their needs and providing instruments and supplies as required.
- Monitor patients vital signs and communicate any variation to the Doctor promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment in the OT
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials and waste in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Assist in positioning and transferring patients safely on the operating table.
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments, ensuring they are in optimal working condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and anesthesiologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures, patient records, and any other relevant information.
- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Thorough knowledge of Infection Control in OT
- Provides excellent patient care.
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Knowledge of surgical and biomedical equipments
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasks well in a fast-paced workplace.

**Experience**

1 to 5 years in a reputed hospital
