**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Production Executive** to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining stringent quality standards, and contributing to a smooth workflow from start to finish. If you have a solid understanding of production processes and a commitment to operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Manufacturing Processes**: Oversee daily production activities from start to finish, ensuring that manufacturing schedules are met and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
- **Quality Control**: Implement, monitor, and maintain robust quality control measures to ensure that all products consistently meet high-quality standards and specifications.
- **Resource Management**: Optimize production processes, resource allocation, and workflows to improve overall efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize operational costs.
- **Troubleshooting**: Proactively identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit accurate and comprehensive production reports, logs, and other required documentation, providing clear insights into operational performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **1-2 years** of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably within the food industry.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical and effective solutions.
- **Leadership and Communication Skills**: Excellent leadership capabilities to effectively supervise and motivate production teams, combined with strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with other departments.
- **Technical Skills**: Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, strict quality control measures, and adherence to all relevant safety regulations.
- **Organizational and Time-Management Skills**: Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
