**Experience**: 1-5 years

**Education**: B.E./ B.Tech
- Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Instrumentation and Control
- Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and on-site collection of data relating to client assets
- Inspection of various assets:
A) Residential, commercial and industrial properties (for Real Estate)
B) Plant & Machinery, equipment, Infrastructure (for Plant & Machinery)
- Multi-sector exposure in Steel, Power, mining and minerals, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Paper, Textiles, Logistics, Cement, Fertilizer, Petrochemicals etc.
- Identify the replacement cost / market values of the assets through market surveys
- Technical Due Diligence, conducting a feasibility study and preparing a feasibility report / TEV (Techno Economic Viability) studies of projects
- Physical status of the work implemented on the site.
- Judge and report the quantum of finance contributed and used for the project.
- Advise on property taxes, regulations, and local laws
- Review and comment of multiple Statutory Approvals and Clearances.
- To check whether physical progress is in line with project implementation schedule and planned project timelines.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
- Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs
- Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research
- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories
- Designing valuation models for Asset Valuation
- Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner.
