**Job Title**: Academic Counselor
**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling Students**: Provide guidance to students regarding various study abroad options, including universities, courses, and locations based on their academic interests and career goals.
- **University Liaison**: Build and maintain relationships with international universities, assisting in providing updated information to students regarding programs and deadlines.
- **Marketing & Outreach**: Actively participate in marketing initiatives, including university tie-ups, fairs, and events aimed at promoting study abroad opportunities.
- **Data Management**: Maintain student records, track progress, and provide regular reports to the senior management team.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, or any related field).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and universities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and Hindi (or any additional regional languages is a plus).

**Salary**:

- ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month based on experience, performance, and skill set.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
