Maintain standards of excellence, interfacing with guests and staff.
- Upheld the ambience and appearance of spa and treatment rooms.
- Target local clientele; plan and execute all local marketing, PR, and promotional events.
- Effectively coordinated all spa operations on a daily basis to ensure a smooth, successful operation.
- Generate successful marketing ideas by determining opportunities.
- Provide the highest quality guest service and resolved all guest concerns beyond their satisfaction.
- Manage and assist in all areas of administrative work including data entry, receptionist duties.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,790.76 - ₹15,000.00 per month
