Hostel Warden

**Position**: Female Hostel Warden
**Location**: Edify World School, Anantapur
**Reports to**: Hostel In-charge

The Female Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall management of the female hostel at Edify World School. She will ensure that students living in the hostel are safe, well-cared for, and supported academically, emotionally, and socially. The warden will maintain discipline, provide guidance, and ensure the well-being of the students in her care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Student Care and Supervision
- Discipline and Conduct
- Coordination with Parents and School Staff
- Administrative and Operational Duties

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related areas).
- Prior experience working in a hostel or residential setting, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage diverse groups of students and resolve conflicts effectively.
- A nurturing and patient attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with basic first aid and safety protocols.
