**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for development teams.
- Assist in creating project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and status reports.
- Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and manage changes to project scope and schedules.
- Identify project risks and work with teams to implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor progress and performance, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support testing efforts, including UAT coordination and ensuring requirement traceability.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Business Administration, Computer Science, IT**, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in **project coordination** and **business analysis** roles.
- Strong understanding of **project management principles** and **business analysis methodologies**.
- Experience in **creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams**.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., **JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project**).
- Familiarity with **Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall** methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
