**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of company.

2. Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.

3. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.

4. Train and motivate staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

6. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

7. Maintain records and prepare reports for management review.

8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

9. Represent the company in meetings and liaise with external stakeholders as required.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or related field preferred.

2. Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a farming or agricultural products manufacturing company.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Must possess a valid bike and driver's license.

7. Flexibility to work normal office hours.
