**Job description**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements, must have basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF ,ESI ,PT.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Updating day to day transaction ( Quick Books )
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
- Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
- Maintain and examine the records of government agencies.
- **Developing and Building Teams**-- Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- **Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others**-- Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
- **Performing Administrative Activities**-- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a team.
- Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Financial Software, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Verbal Communication.

Knowledge of Quick books would be added advantage

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
