Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (e.g., panels, wiring, circuit breakers, switches, lighting).
- Install, test, and commission electrical components as per design and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems and repair as needed.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
- Assist in the inspection and testing of fire alarm, emergency lighting, and other critical MEP systems.
- Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams for integrated MEP operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory codes during all tasks.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call duties when required.
