Junior Merchandiser

Job Profile : Garment Merchant (Senior)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of garments including their characteristics, uses, and care instructions.

2. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, advising customers on pricing, and availability and Negotiate prices and terms with customers.

3. Maintain Update for inventory levels with adequate stock.

4. Collaborate with the production teams to ensure Garment selections meet customer requirements.

Performance Metrics:
1. Sales revenue growth

2. Customer satisfaction ratings

3. Inventory turnover and management

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion, or a related field

2. Proven experience (5+ years) in the têxtile industry, preferably in a fabric merchandising role

3. In-depth knowledge of fabrics, including their characteristics, uses, and care instructions

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
