Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to rank our website for relevant high-converting pharma B2B keywords.
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display) to generate qualified leads.
- Plan and manage lead-gen campaigns through Google AdWords with optimized ad copies, keywords, and budgets.
- Maintain and update website content for better search engine performance and user experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research to stay ahead in niche pharma search terms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve targeting accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads.
- Proven success in lead generation (B2B, preferably in pharma).
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,368.44 - ₹25,527.75 per month
