*Job Description: Staff Nurse - Aesthetic Clinic*

*Position:* Staff Nurse

*Location:* Advanced Grohair & Gloskin - Aesthetic Clinic ( Bannarghatta, Electronic City & HRBR layout )

*Shift Timings:*
- Shift 1: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Shift 2: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

*Eligibility:*
- Education: MSc/BSc in Nursing, ANM/BNM, or DMLT or Any related Education Background

*Job Summary:*

This role requires hands-on experience with connecting IV lines and performing blood withdrawals using butterfly needles. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and assisting in various procedures.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Clinical Assistance:* Assist doctors during aesthetic treatments and non-invasive procedures such as skin rejuvenation, laser therapy, and injectables, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- *IV Line Management:* Connect and manage IV lines as required for certain treatments, including monitoring the patient's condition during infusion.
- *Blood Withdrawal:* Perform blood withdrawal using butterfly needles for various diagnostic or treatment purposes.
- *Equipment Maintenance:* Ensure all medical equipment used for aesthetic treatments is well-maintained, sterilized, and in proper working condition.
- *Patient Care:* Provide pre
- and post-treatment care, offering guidance on aftercare to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
- *Health Monitoring:* Regularly monitor patient vital signs and manage emergency situations as needed, ensuring the clinic adheres to safety protocols.
- *Sterilization & Hygiene:* Maintain a clean and sterile environment within the clinic, ensuring all instruments and treatment areas are sanitized between uses.
- *Patient Records:* Accurately document patient details, treatment records, and any other necessary information.
- *Inventory Management:* Track and manage clinic supplies, ensuring that necessary equipment and medications are always available.
- *Patient Communication:* Provide clear instructions to patients about treatments, procedures, and follow-up appointments.

*Eligibility Criteria:*
- *Educational Qualifications:*
- MSc/BSc in Nursing,
- ANM/BNM, or
- DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology).
- *Skills & Experience Required:*
- Hands-on experience in *connecting IV lines* and performing *blood withdrawal using butterfly needles*.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or aesthetic setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care.

*Working Hours:*
- Full-time with rotating shifts (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM & 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM).
