Key responsibilities include teaching basic academic concepts through play and creative activities, managing the classroom, tracking and communicating student progress with parents, and ensuring a safe and clean learning space. Responsibilities
- **Curriculum Development**:Plan and implement a creative, age-appropriate curriculum that covers academic basics like numbers, letters, and shapes, along with crucial social skills.
- **Teaching and Instruction**:Use varied methods such as storytelling, educational games, and group activities to teach young children, focusing on hands-on and interactive learning.
- **Classroom Management**:Organize daily routines, supervise children during play, rest, and meal times, and ensure the classroom remains a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
- **Student Monitoring**:Observe each child's progress, identify potential developmental or emotional concerns, and keep records of their routines and interests.
- **Parent Communication**:Regularly communicate with parents about their child's development, needs, and progress, and collaborate to create a consistent learning experience at home.
- **Social-Emotional Support**:Help children develop self-esteem, learn to interact with peers, and resolve minor conflicts peacefully.
