**Company Overview**:
Akaksa Finance Ltd. is a leading NBFC company specializing in e-rickshaw finance. We are dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer service to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential dealers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer, providing ongoing support and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including telecaller and process coordinator, to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using IXL app.
- Continuously enhance finance knowledge and stay informed about changes in the financial industry to effectively position and promote company offerings.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree/HS (or equivalent experience).

**Other requirement**:

- Proven track record of successful sales achievements, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with Dealers.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and IXL app.
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services, as well as industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally, if required.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
