Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our study abroad consultancy team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging and compelling designs that effectively communicate our services, values, and offerings to our target audience. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Collateral**: Create eye-catching and innovative designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and more.

**Branding**: Maintain and develop the consultancy's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements to establish a strong and recognizable brand image.

**Print Production**: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.

**Illustrations**: Develop custom illustrations and infographics to simplify complex information and enhance the presentation of study abroad options.

**Photography Manipulation**: Edit and retouch photographs to enhance their visual impact and align with the consultancy's branding.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and messaging to create designs that align with our marketing strategies.

**Trends and Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continually enhance the visual appeal of our materials.

**Time Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Graphic Design Expertise**: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across various mediums and styles, demonstrating a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.

**Proficiency in Design Tools**: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.

**Creativity**: Ability to think outside the box, generate innovative design concepts, and adapt to diverse design needs.

**Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.

**Communication**: Strong communication skills to effectively interpret design briefs, collaborate with team members, and present your design rationale.

**Time Management**: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to accept feedback and make revisions to designs based on constructive criticism.

**Education**: A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Previous Experience**: Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency, marketing, or related environment. Experience in educational or study abroad contexts is a plus.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
