**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on Java full stack development, including core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JavaScript, Angular, React, or other relevant technologies.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to enhance the learning experience of participants.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of individuals or corporate clients.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on participants' progress, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring the training accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of learning management systems and online training content.
- Mentor and guide learners in their projects and assignments, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise during live projects and problem-solving sessions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Java full stack development, including proficiency in core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
- Industry certifications in Java and related technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer, Spring Certification) will be a plus.
- Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and real-world project implementation is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
