**Overview**: The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring that educational programs are effectively implemented, and maintaining a high standard of academic and administrative excellence. This role involves managing staff, supporting instructional activities, and fostering a positive learning environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Staff Supervision and Support**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure effective implementation of educational programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- **Curriculum and Instruction**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum and instructional programs.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of teaching methods and materials.
- Support teachers in addressing instructional challenges and improving classroom practices.
- **Student Performance and Support**:
- Monitor student performance and progress through assessments and evaluations.
- Address and resolve student-related issues and concerns, including behavioral and academic challenges.
- Provide additional support and resources to students as needed to enhance their learning experience.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist in the administration of school policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Principal on school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Foster effective communication between staff, students, and parents.
- Organize and lead staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- Collaborate with other school leaders and community stakeholders to support school objectives.
- **School Environment and Safety**:
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
- Implement and enforce school policies related to student behavior and safety.
- Address and resolve any issues related to the physical environment of the school.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Requirements**:
- M.A./M.Sc. with B.Ed. or equivalent educational qualifications.
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in an educational supervisory or administrative role.
- Proven track record of effective staff management and support.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional oversight is desirable.
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using educational and administrative software.
- **Certification Requirements**:
- Profiles with Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Teacher Aptitude Test (TAT) are preferred and prioritized
