We are hiring Sr Ecommerce Executive - Planning for Pune location.

**Description**:
In this role, you will be part of pricing vertical team & responsible for pricing management of GCC business. You will focus on Error Price Management - preventing, detecting and correcting price errors & discount execution on Firstcry.ae. You will partner with category team to implement and carry out the management of promotion, margin rule & all other key aspects related to pricing.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
− Discount and Price Management

− Data analysis to identify stock gaps, performance gaps and address the same

− Website analytic and sorting management

− Cross-functional collaboration and follow ups

− Site merchandising

− To ensure that the right product at right pricing is sent to the respective countries

− Report preparation and evaluation and understanding of MIS structures to create efficient and precise reports for business.

− Ability to manage conflicts under pressure

− Time management and Organizational behavior

**Hard Skills**

− Excellent Analytical Skills
- Ability to use extensive system knowledge to prepare informative tools

− Advanced skills in MS Office Programs, primarily in Excel ( Pivot, Vlookup & Graphs)

− Retail Math & Web Analytics

**Basic Qualifications**

− Bachelors / Master’s degree in Management, or equivalent experience

− Passion for data, experience in data-driven decision making.

− Influencing cross-functional teams with effective communication
