We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chit Marketing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Dharmapuri. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our chit-fund products and services, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets in the **Dharmapuri** area.
Analyse market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies.

**Sales and Promotion**:Promote and sell our chit fund products to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through effective sales techniques.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

**Lead Generation**:Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calls, referrals, networking, and online marketing.
Qualify leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into clients.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on chit fund products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in chit fund or financial services sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the **Dharmapuri & Krishnagiri** market and customer base is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of financial and investment products.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation for client visits (if required).
