Sales Coordinator

**Position**: Sales Coordinator (Fresher)
**Working Location**: Near Muragacha near Kalyani Highway, West Bengal

We are **International Earthmovers, an Authorized Dealer of Tata Hitachi.** Our dealership is engaged in the sales, service, and genuine spare parts of construction equipment such as excavators, backhoe loaders, and wheel loaders. We serve customers across West Bengal with a strong commitment to quality and satisfaction.

**Role Description**
- **Data Management**: Collect, compile, and organize important business data for smooth operations. Maintain policies and records to ensure compliance.
- **Project Processing**: Oversee order processing, track deliveries, and monitor project timelines. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficiency.
- **Analysis & Market Research**: Conduct research on customer preferences and market trends. Prepare reports and provide insights to management for better decision-making.
- **Finance & Accounting**: Handle invoices, billing, and financial records. Ensure timely audits and manage financial transactions efficiently.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in documentation, correspondence, and internal communication to enhance operational effectiveness.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and data management abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Basic MS Office and basic accounting practices.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.

**Preferred Locations**:
Dumdum, Dumdum Cantonment, Birati, Madhyamgram, Barasat, Belgharia, Sodepur & Barrackpore.
