**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**:

- Develop visual concepts based on client briefs and requirements.
- Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements for a variety of platforms (websites, social media, print, advertisements, etc.).
- Ensure designs are visually engaging, creative, and meet the desired brand identity.
- **Brand Identity and Consistency**:

- Work to create or maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all marketing and design materials.
- Design marketing assets such as brochures, posters, social media posts, business cards, and other promotional materials.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other departments to develop and implement design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback from clients or stakeholders into the design process and make revisions accordingly.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and prioritize work to align with project timelines and budgets.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other tools.
- Adapt designs for different formats and media, ensuring proper resolutions and color accuracy for both digital and print outputs.
- **Typography and Layout**:

- Select appropriate typography and design layouts for text and visual content, maintaining readability and aesthetic appeal.
- Experiment with different fonts, colors, and layouts to achieve desired design outcomes.
- **User Experience (UX) and Web Design**:

- Work on web-related projects, ensuring designs are responsive and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing and functional website designs.
- **Keep Up with Trends**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the graphic design field.
- Incorporate new design techniques and trends when appropriate to keep the work fresh and innovative.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all design work is high-quality, consistent, and error-free before submission.
- Perform quality checks on final designs, including color accuracy, alignment, and font consistency.

**Skills Required**:

- **Creative Skills**: Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visual concepts.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to ensure accuracy in design and maintain consistency across materials.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication to understand client needs, collaborate with teams, and explain design concepts.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to create innovative design solutions that solve specific client problems or meet specific business goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
